Hospitality Action (HA) is the leading benevolent charity for the UK hospitality industry, providing financial assistance, emotional support, and practical advice to current and former workers facing crises such as illness, financial hardship, family issues, addiction, or mental health challenges.
Fully reliant on donations, legacies, corporate partnerships, and fundraising, Hospitality Action assisted a record number of households in 2024 and continues to expand its reach amid rising industry pressures.
Operating across the UK, Hospitality Action helps anyone who works in, or has worked in, hospitality – regardless of role or venue type (from chefs and waiters to housekeepers, managers, and bar staff).
