Accessible Parking:

Although there are no free/accessible parking facilities on-site at the Park Plaza Hotel London Westminster Bridge itself, there is a professional valet parking service available.

Alternatively, accessible car parking spaces are available at the nearby Britannia London-Waterloo Car Park on Upper Marsh (parking charges apply to Blue Badge holders here too though).

There is a drop-off point outside the main entrance of the hotel, on York Road.

Accessible Entrance:

There is step-free access to the main entrance of the Park Plaza Hotel London Westminster Bridge.

The main entrance has a revolving entrance door, clearance is 1067mm. There is also a smaller, outward-opening door beside this. The width of this accessible entrance is 950mm. Although this accessible entrance door is automatic, the opening of the door is activated/controlled by hotel staff.

Accessible Reception:

There is no lowered section of the Reception Desk at the Park Plaza Hotel London Westminster Bridge for ease of access for wheelchair users.

However, and if needed, wheelchair users should use the separate Guest Relations reception desk instead – as this does have a lowered section.

There is an accessible toilet here, towards the rear of the hotel building.

From the Reception area, there are 16 elevators to all accessible bedrooms on upper floors.

Accessible Bedrooms:

There are 53 accessible bedrooms at the Park Plaza Hotel London Westminster Bridge; and each can be configured to be either a twin or double room. 20 of the accessible rooms can accommodate up to three adults, in a double bed plus sofa bed.

Connecting rooms are available for attendants, if required.

The bedroom doors, between the hallway and the accessible bedrooms, are 932mm wide.

All accessible bedrooms have a lowered clothes rail for ease of use by wheelchair users.

Accessible Bathrooms:

All accessible bedrooms at the Park Plaza Hotel London Westminster Bridge have accessible bathrooms with roll-in showers and shower seats, plus handrails. The toilets have handrails too.

The accessible bathroom doors are 847mm wide.

There are emergency cords in both the accessible bedrooms, and in the accessible bathrooms too.

Accessible Eating Options:

Illy Caffè: There is step-free access to the ground floor Illy Caffè and ample space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre.

Brasserie Joël: The first floor Brasserie Joël is accessed by elevator, and is completely step-free.

Brasserie Joël is also where breakfast is served at the Park Plaza Hotel London Westminster Bridge. Although it is buffet-style, staff can provide assistance if required.

Ichi Sushi: Ichi Sushi is also located on the first floor. It too is totally step-free, and the route through the dining area has a minimum width of 800mm.

Primo Bar: The first floor Primo Bar at the Park Plaza Hotel London Westminster Bridge is also step-free.

Additional Accessibility Information:

The swimming pool in the Mandara SPA has a hoist. There is also an extra-wide changing room for wheelchair users.
