There are lifts to the upper levels of the Van Gogh Museum (and there is a PDF guide to the width of these lifts, on the Van Gogh Museum website).
Wheelchairs are available to loan.
Getting to the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam using Public Transport
Accessible Parking is available on Paulus Potterstraat (in front of the Van Gogh Museum). There is also a dedicated drop-off/pick-up space for disabled visitors here, ideal if you are arriving by wheelchair accessible taxi.
And as the “Paulus Potterstraat” entrance is the quieter of the two Van Gogh Museum entrances, then this is definitely the entrance you should use.

You can book the free companion’s ticket online, on the Van Gogh Museum website (just click on the “More Options” link when buying tickets).
