#TheBigWander: A Scottish Staycation – Be Part Of It

#TheBigWander

A fundraising wheelchair journey around Scotland, showcasing the very best Scottish visitor attractions, restaurants and hotels.

And I need YOU to tell me where I should visit next.

To do so, simply donate at least £10 to my Virtual Kiltwalk fundraising page – and in the comments section, tell me your favourite attraction, restaurant or hotel in Scotland.

That’s it. I’ll do the rest. Creating a page similar to the example shown below, and explaining that the page is sponsored by yourself – and linking to your Twitter, Facebook or Website:

Example: Robert Burns Birthplace Museum in Alloway

Every single penny of your donation (plus an ADDITIONAL 50%), helps FareShare continue to feed the most vulnerable people in Scotland.

And as FareShare supplies food to over 1,100 local community charities and foodbanks throughout Scotland and the UK, you will probably be helping to feed the most vulnerable people in your very own Scottish community.

On average, every £10 donated to FareShare allows them to supply another 40 meals. But thanks to the generosity of The Hunter Foundation (who sponsor the Kiltwalk, and top up all donations by a further 50%), every £10 donated via my Kiltwalk fundraising page will allow FareShare to provide another SIXTY meals.

Help rebuild the Scottish tourism industry (while helping to feed the most vulnerable Scots at the same time). Two birds – one stone!
