You are invited to join the ‘Ladies Who Lunch’ at Seamill Hydro Hotel where you will always receive a warm and friendly welcome. The club provides a wonderful opportunity to make new friends, listen to entertaining guest speakers and enjoy a beautiful lunch while raising money for your local hospice.

Great Stirling Castle Run – 7K (Stirling)

The Simplyhealth Great Stirling Castle Run is now full and closed for entry. Set yourself a goal for the New Year and take on the brand new Simplyhealth Great Stirling Castle Run. Kick start your 2019 by overcoming the multi-terrain course through historic Stirling on paths, roads and trails, taking place alongside the world famous Simplyhealth Great Stirling XCountry making its debut in the city in 2019.

Beatson: The Bard & His Belles Burns Supper (Glasgow)

Join Beatson Cancer Charity at the luxurious five star Hilton Glasgow on Friday 18th January 2019 to celebrate everyone’s favourite poet and the bonnie lassies who inspired him. Don your best plaid as you are welcomed by a sparkling drinks reception followed by a delicious Scottish themed menu. Enjoy the best of the Bard with lots of fantastic entertainment, including Eric Davidson and Elish Angiolini.

The guest speaker will be Linda Rayner who will be giving a talk on “Antarctica”.

The annual Ayrshire Hospice Burns Supper will once again take place in the heart of Burns country at the Brig o Doon Hotel, Alloway.

SHA: Rabbie Burns Race Night (Ayr)

The Scottish Huntington’s Association race night falls one day after Burns Night providing a great opportunity to celebrate the famous Scottish poet with a Burns supper, and a reading or two of some of his best poems.
